I understand that the online training program offered by The Crazy Trainer, LLC involves physical activity, and I voluntarily participate in this program with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I agree that I am solely responsible for my own health and safety while participating in this program.

I hereby release The Crazy Trainer, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the online training program. This waiver extends to all claims of negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory duty.

I understand that it is strongly recommended that I speak with a physician or other healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. By signing this waiver, I confirm that I have consulted with a physician or other healthcare provider, and I have been advised that I am in good health and am able to participate in the online training program.

I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Crazy Trainer, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the online training program. This indemnification extends to all claims of negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory duty.

I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing this waiver, and I do so voluntarily and without any coercion.

You'll complete 24 workouts; 3 kettlebell workouts + 1 kettlebell flow workout per week.
